Manufacturing Shift Supervisor

Role Overview
This is a shop‑floor, shift‑supervisor role focused on leading a production team in a rotational moulding environment. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of the two‑shift system and maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the production team on both 6am–2pm and 2pm–11pm shifts.
* Coordinate daily production schedules and resolve any operational issues.
* Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, compliant work area.
* Monitor production metrics and report performance to management.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* At least 3–5 years in a chargehand or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong team‑leading and communication skills.
* Familiarity with manufacturing processes (plastics processing experience not required).
* Availability to work rotating shifts (40 hours per week).
