* Permanent Full Time (37.5 hours)
We’re expanding our B2B capabilities across the UK and investing for sustained growth. We combine the power of Screwfix’s scale, supply chain and digital platforms with tailored B2B propositions, pricing and service models. Our ambition is to make B2B buying fast, simple and reliable, removing friction through seamless digital journeys, dependable availability and service that customers can rely on.
Every day as a Regional Account Manager starts with possibility. You’re out in your region meeting the customers who keep our world moving walking their sites, understanding what they’re building, fixing or planning next. You’re the person who brings our national B2B ambitions to life in real places, with real people. Partnering closely with your Senior Account Manager, you set bold regional goals and craft tender submissions that feel purposeful, not procedural. One moment you’re deep in conversation about long‑term plans, the next you’re reviewing your pipeline and spotting exactly where the next big step‑change could come from. And with every visit, call and review, you’re strengthening relationships that turn into genuine long‑term partnerships.
But the real adventure comes from the chase, the new opportunities waiting just around the corner. You’ll knock on doors, pitch clever solutions, negotiate deals that matter and expand the footprint of your region one win at a time. And you’ll never be doing it alone; you’ll pull in experts from Marketing, Supply Chain, Trade UK and more to build creative answers to customer challenges. With full ownership of your CRM pipeline, regular customer conversations and a front‑row seat in shaping regional strategy, you quickly become the go‑to problem solver, the person who connects dots and makes things happen. It’s a role full of action, autonomy and those brilliant moments where you can see your work turning into real growth, all inside a B2B team that’s moving fast and cheering you on as you accelerate your career.
