The Role
We are looking for an Experienced Landscaper – Site Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven landscaping experience who is ready to take on a supervisory role. After training and integrating into the business you will be responsible for leading a team on-site, helping to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard, on time, and within budget. You will be fully supported by our Project Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising and motivating a small team of landscapers on site
* Reading and working from technical drawings and project plans
* Setting out work, helping to manage schedules, and overseeing quality control
* Communicating with clients, contractors, and the office team
* Ensuring health and safety compliance at all times
* Carrying out hands-on landscaping, including all hard and soft landscaping tasks
Requirements:
* Minimum 3–5 years' professional landscaping experience
* Ideally previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
* Strong skills in hard landscaping (paving, brickwork, timber work, etc.) and soft landscaping (planting, turfing, etc.)
* Ability to read and interpret site drawings and plans
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Positive, proactive attitude with excellent leadership and communication skills
