As Duty Manager you will be at the forefront of member service and be the main point of contact to ensure memorable experiences for our members and their guests before during and after their stay. Shift pattern: 12 hours, 4 days on, 4 days off. UK driving licence required. Responsibilities: Visibility in member-facing areas to build rapport with our members and guests, and to provide effective support to the Club operation. To welcome, greet and bid farewell to our members and guests, striving for service excellence with professional warmth and care. Be responsible for adhering to Club procedures and ensuring the comfort of members and guests, alongside security and safety of members, guests and staff.
