What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading a crew on residential or commercial landscapes.
* Operating equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and other tools.
* Training and coaching your team to hit high-quality standards and efficiency scores.
* Communicating with clients and team leaders to keep jobs on point.
* Tracking hours, reporting issues, and helping plan daily logistics.
* Looking for ways to make the day smoother, faster, and better.
What You Need:
* 1–2 years experience in landscaping preferred—but we’ll train the right fit.
* Driver’s license and a clean record.
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outside in the NC summer sun.
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
* A desire to grow with a company that’s growing fast.
