We're currently looking for a sharp quantitative researcher to join our rapidly growing business as a Strategy Director. In this role, you will work on a range of our clients autonomously managing delivery.
What you'll be doing:
* Extremely data savvy - comfortable with sampling, weighting, clustering, questionnaire design, checking data rigorously, and strategic delivery working directly with our data science, machine learning, and AI teams.
* Cross-functionally collaborate and project manage to create cogent and compelling presentations and output to share with clients.
* Lead the daily management of key client relationships to ensure Streetbees research helps address business critical issues.
* Ensure satisfaction and retention of key clients by delivering quality output in line with customer expectations.
* Report directly to the VP, Client Solutions.
What we're looking for:
* You will have worked for 8+ years for a leading Market Research or Consumer Insights agency, in a heavily client-facing role.
* Extensive experience in the FMCG, tech space is preferred, although other relevant industry experience will be considered.
* You have a strong and confident client presence and are a good presenter, comfortable with owning client relationships at a senior level.
* Passion for consumer insight and an interest in new technologies and in the power of consumer data and insights to drive business growth.
* Experience and comfort with senior client stakeholders, managing key relationships and working closely with them daily.
* Quantitative rigor - comfortable with data sets and methodologies to derive actionable insights (e.g., clustering, branding, communications, and innovations).
* Project management skills - able to develop, lead, and execute complex initiatives.
* Start-up attitude - comfortable in a fast-paced environment and delivering high-quality work on time.
* Problem solver - a natural problem solver and trusted advisor to clients, confident in presenting points of view.
* Cognitive intelligence - able to think on your feet, seeing all angles to best position our platform for client needs.
