Salary from £13,520 up to £16,020 (20-22 hours per week). Part-time, from 20-22 hours per week, Monday to Friday; may be flexible for the right candidate.
Introduction: We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our friendly Accounts team based in our Support Centre, Colten House in Ringwood, Hampshire (BH24 3FE) on a part-time basis. We are happy to be flexible for the right candidate!
Responsibilities
* Assist the team with the day-to-day running of the purchase ledger.
* Accurately code and process food and wine invoices for our homes and assist with other catering and general invoices when required.
* Match individual ledgers to statements and enter bank details into our financial system.
* Provide occasional cover to support the team during annual leave.
About You
* Previous experience within a similar accounts or administrative role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to input information accurately.
* Adaptable to change with the ability to prioritise and organise your own workload in a fast-paced environment.
* Good working knowledge of MS Office and the ability to use a basic phone system.
