Are you an experienced professional with a strong background in health and safety and a passion for managing teams in the utility and highways arboriculture sectors? We are looking for a Field Manager to join our growing team, overseeing tree management operations on utility powerlines across the region.
About the Role
As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of vegetation management services for our clients in the utility sector. Based at our Elgin offices, you will oversee teams carrying out powerline clearance management, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
-Oversee field operations, ensuring teams work safely and efficiently.
* Conduct site audits and risk assessments to maintain the highest health and safety standards.
-Support teams with guidance on industry best practices and regulatory compliance.
* Liaise with clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Monitor performance, provide feedback, and assist in training and development.
What We are Looking For
-Health & Safety knowledge- IOSH certification or similar qualification.
-Arboriculture background, tree cutting experience.
-Utility experience, knowledge of powerline and vegetation management is an advantage.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions.
