Pertemps are proud to be working solely on behalf of our client, a family-feel, well-run business based in Ivybridge, to recruit an Accounts Administrator. This is a temporary role initially, with the view to becoming permanent for the right person.

* Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 (depending on experience)
* Hours: 38.5 per week (flexible start times from 7:00am onwards)
* Full-time or part-time options available

The role
The Accounts Administrator will play a key part in keeping the finance function running smoothly. Working within an industrial environment, duties will include:
* Managing Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger
* Completing bank reconciliations
* Posting and coding invoices
* Maintaining the nominal ledger
* Confidently using Excel and accounting systems
The ideal candidate
* Previous accounts administration experience is essential
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Confident user of Excel and finance systems
* Ideally a driver, due to location not being easily accessible by public transport
