The Senior Platform Owner Commercial Asset Management is operating between the business and IT as a responsible business owner for the Commercial Asset Management applications in the International region. The objective is to deploy and continuously improve the platform to drive commercial and financial enhancements across our Loan & Consignment stocks (fleet) across all BUs. The platform owner defines and drives the roadmap for the Asset Management Systems and Solutions with input from key stakeholders. Finally, the role supports by providing analysis and insight for strategic initiatives in our commercial- or supply teams. This role plays a pivotal part bringing multiple functions together e.g. Commercial, Supply, Customer Service, Contract and Tenders, Pricing and is key in measuring and enhancing the company performance around commercial asset allocation and utilization. What will you be doing: Business lead for the implementation and deployment of the Asset Management platform (MoveMedical) in the International region. Act as the single point of contact for enhancement and support on the platform. Develop and execute the International digital roadmap for the Asset Management platform that closely integrates with the CRM, CPQ and BI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, supply, IT, to implement best practices, process improvements and innovative solutions. Lead the design and implementation of user-centric interfaces, navigation, and functionality across the Asset Management solutions. Conduct usability testing and user research to gather insights and drive continuous improvement of the digital customer experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in online user experience design. Contribute with solutions and insight to strategic commercial and supply chain projects or initiatives in the International business units. Drive a culture of data driven decision making throughout the organization. What will you need to be successful? Experience as IT partner with good knowledge around the IT governance, development, test and deployment processes with proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital roadmaps to improve the user experience and drive customer engagement. Proven track record in driving profitability and productivity within a large-scale, multi-national cooperation. Ability to analyse account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives that boost profitability and customer loyalty. Familiarity with CRM systems and account management tools, as well as the ability to leverage these resources to manage and grow. Strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in process & change management, strategic planning, forecasting and execution.
