Description
* Provide administrative support to the commercial team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Examples include completing New Line Forms, supporting with Sample requests, co-ordinating customer project briefs, promotional forms (to name a few)
* Assist in the management and execution of key retail projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain and update commercial data, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
* Support in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
* Collaborate with supply chain, customer services, finance, and marketing teams to streamline processes and communication.
* Track and monitor key commercial activities, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
* Coordination of project and sample work to ensure key critical path dates can be met.
* Assist in managing retailer relationships, responding to queries and providing relevant information as required.
* Contribute to internal process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

* Experience within an FMCG Environment
* Strong analytical and organisations skills
