Responsibilities
* Make sure that the business runs smoothly by overseeing everyday tasks like cashiering, stocking, and working on the sales floor.
* Train, coach, and manage a diverse group of sales associates so that they are motivated, led, and developed.
* To make the most money, you need to manage inventory control, which includes ordering goods, merchandising, pricing strategies, and reducing shrinkage.

Qualifications
* Proven experience as a manager in retail sales or fashion merchandising, with a solid history of managing teams.
* Good at talking to people; being able to speak more than one language is a big plus for serving a wide range of customers.
* Good at negotiating and able to persuade customers to make decisions and close transactions.
* Showed knowledge of retail math, buying, pricing tactics, and inventory management.
* Worked with POS systems, cash registers, and retail software tools for reporting and analysis.
