Hours: 44 hours per week - Days
Salary: £13.10 – £14.10 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
* Support residents with a wide range of varying requirements, from companionship to personal care.
* Observe and manage residents' behaviour, documenting and reporting changes in accordance with applicable legislation.
* Assist residents with nutrition and hydration, encouraging them to eat and drink within their care plan.
* Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities in group and individual settings.
* Maintain accurate care plans in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Previous experience in a care home environment.
