Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure repairs are completed promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including financial transactions and tenant communications.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager or similar role is advantageous but not essential as training is provided.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping.
- Knowledge of property management software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
