Job Title: Care Assistant
Location: Shrewsbury
Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time, Flexible
Salary: £13.45 per hour (weekdays), £13.80 per hour (weekends) + paid travel time & mileage (40p per mile)
Requirements:
* Right to work in the UK
* Valid UK driving licence
* Access to a vehicle and ability to obtain Business use car insurance
* Full driving licence required
* Desired: Previous care experience (caregiver, care home assistant, care worker, support worker, healthcare assistant, home care assistant, carer, care home worker)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal, domestic and dementia care to older adults in their own homes
* Support clients with medication, daily activities, shopping and transport
* Assist with mobility and participation in community activities
* Record care plans and report any concerns to the team
* Follow care plans and good practice guidelines
