Sales Administrator Location: Wetherby Salary: £25,000 per annum quarterly bonus Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week, 30 minute lunch) Benefits: 25 days holiday 8 bank holidays, company pension scheme, quarterly bonus, employee discount on products, free onsite parking We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a friendly, family run and growing distribution business based in Wetherby. This is a hands on role where you’ll play a key part in supporting both customers and the wider team, ensuring the smooth running of the order process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Processing and dispatching customer orders, including assisting with picking and packing during busy periods Taking payments and issuing invoices once stock has been dispatched Checking deliveries, monitoring courier delays and keeping customers and the sales team updated Handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service Supporting field-based Account Managers with requests Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track sales across multiple regions Contacting existing and lapsed customers with offers and taking telephone orders Experience: Minimum of one year’s experience in an order processing role Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts is desirable but not essential (training will be provided) Comfortable lifting packages up to 15kg Full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential due to location Personable, flexible, and a strong team player To apply please submit your CV via the link or contact Louise at Unity Resourcing
