What You’ll Do
* Set the strategic direction as part of the Global Brand Experience team
* Lead business development efforts and drive innovative brand experiences
* Enhance user experience, shape customer journeys, and maintain brand integrity across marketing touchpoints
* Mentor and develop future leaders within the organization
* Analyze user experience data to inform strategic decisions
* Foster a creative and dynamic environment for team collaboration
* Promote exemplary practices in tech-enabled marketing solutions
What You’ll Need
* Strong understanding of client engagement through events, merchandise, digital marketing, and social media touchpoints
* Proven experience in brand management or marketing leadership roles
* Ability to leverage cultural and consumer insights to anticipate trends and demonstrate expertise in customer experience management
* Strategic thinker capable of leading initiatives to enhance client experiences and ensure consistent brand engagement across marketing channels
* Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills with a track record of collaborating with senior leadership and managing teams
* Innovative mindset with experience implementing AI and cutting-edge technologies to enhance brand experiences
