Equans is seeking a Mobile Mechanical Fitter to join our team at Kings Yard, Queen Elizabeth Park, London, on a permanent, full-time basis (40 hours per week). We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the technical performance of Equans and industry standards within the London MOPAC contract. This includes providing guidance on-site and technical expertise in plumbing systems and building fabric components.

What will you deliver?
1. Carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance on building services, heating, ventilation, and water systems.
2. Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
3. Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair work and reporting any defective equipment.
4. Performing scheduled maintenance on building systems and boiler fixtures.
5. Ensuring all work complies with relevant codes and environmental standards.
6. Assisting and escorting specialist contractors as needed.
7. Contributing to the effective operation of the MOPAC contract.

Who are we looking for?
* Recognized apprenticeship and Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Engineering
* Gas Safe Registration
* Ability to work independently or in a team to high standards
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
* Experience in Facilities Management
* Clean driving license and ability to operate company vehicles
* Experience in customer and supplier interactions
