Kennedys is looking for a Reward Advisor to join our supportive and forward-thinking HR team in our Manchester office.
As part of our HR Reward team, you will provide critical support in the design, delivery and analysis of compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable and aligned to the Firm's strategic plans. This role delivers data-driven insights to support pay review, benchmarking and employee recognition initiatives. You will have strong reward experience, ideally gained within a partnership environment, with excellent communication skills. You will also be well versed with cyclical reward activity both in terms of compensation and benefits with demonstrable experience of delivering reward projects/cyclical reward such as pay review programmes and benefits schemes.

Team
Kennedys HR team support the firm around the world with all people related matters.
The HR team is based in Chelmsford, London and Manchester for the UK, Dublin for EMEA, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia for APAC, Basking Ridge for US and Miami for LATAM. The areas of HR that we have responsibility for are Business Partnering, Recruitment (including partners and early careers), Reward, HR Systems and Analytics, Learning and Development and Responsible Business.
Key responsibilities
1. Be a trusted advisor to the business for relevant area of expertise
2. Maintain up to date and relevant skills and knowledge, in order to be a subject matter expert
3. Drive and support projects within the team and wider HR team, as well as ownership and accountability of some projects
4. Identify areas of improvement/development and provide solutions
5. Work as part of a team but also work autonomously when required
6. Develop and maintain professional relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
7. Assist with key tasks and projects as required and act as a mentor to more junior team members.
Required experience
8. Experience in a reward or compensation analyst role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
9. Strong experience in benchmarking ideally having used Willis Towers Watson methodology
10. Experience supporting in annual salary and bonus processes would be desirable
11. Strong Microsoft excel and data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data efficiently
12. High attention to detail, strong numerical ability and ability to manage sensitive data
13. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to build credibility and relationships quickly
14. Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
15. Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
16. Strong organisational skills with a focus on high quality delivery.
