As an SEN Teacher, you will be working with students who have a range of needs, including Complex Learning Difficulties (CLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), ADHD, and Autism.
Key Responsibilities
* Tailored Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that are customised to the individual needs of your students.
* Curriculum Delivery: Expertly deliver lessons based on the P Scales curriculum.
* Positive Relationships: Build strong, positive relationships with students to foster a supportive and secure learning atmosphere.
* Behavioural Support: Use creative and effective strategies to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
* Personal Care: Provide personal care support to students as required.
Essential Requirements
* You must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* You must have UK:based experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.
* Availability to work five days a week, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required, or you must be willing for one.
* You must have the legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
* You should have excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* Immediate availability is a must.
