Weekend Night Concierge - Luxury Residential Development
Schedule: Every Saturday & Sunday, 7:00pm - 7:00am
Salary: £18,000 per annum

We are seeking a polished and professional Weekend Night Concierge to join a prestigious residential development of just 20 exclusive apartments. This luxury site requires a dedicated individual who can deliver the very highest standards of service, security, and professionalism to discerning residents and their guests.
Role Overview
As the first point of contact during weekend evenings, you will be responsible for ensuring residents and guests receive a warm, discreet, and efficient service. You will oversee the smooth running of the building during your shift, providing concierge and security support, handling resident enquiries, managing deliveries, and ensuring the property is always maintained to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors, always presenting a professional, polished, and approachable manner.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all residents and visitors feel welcomed and supported.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the development during night hours.
Monitor and maintain building security, including CCTV, access control, and key/FOB management.
Conduct regular internal and external security and health & safety patrols, promptly reporting any concerns.
Manage the reception desk, including phone and email enquiries, parcel handling, and logging of deliveries.
Co-ordinate access for contractors, utility providers, and authorised visitors, ensuring adherence to site procedures.
Maintain accurate records, diaries, and logbooks to support smooth shift handovers.
Ensure the reception area and all common parts are kept immaculate at all times.
Respond promptly to emergency alarms and escalate any serious issues to the Property Manager without delay.
Skills, Experience & Attributes
Previous concierge or luxury customer service experience, ideally within high-end residential or hospitality environments.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Impeccable personal presentation and a professional, confident manner.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in IT systems (Microsoft Office and building management systems).
Reliable, discreet, and able to remain calm under pressure.
