KennedyPearce are working in a part time HR Director role for a tech client based in London. This role is a job share role and we require someone 2 days per week in the office in London. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for: Full HR and payroll function, managing HR & Payroll Administrator
What we are looking for:
* Experienced HR leader, ideally CIPD Level 5+ (or HR degree)
* Background in managing HR in an SME, generalist capacity
* Strong knowledge of HR systems, policy, recruitment, payroll, pensions, training, and employee relations
* Ability to build trusted relationships and work autonomously
