What You’ll Do
We are looking for a Marketing Executive for our UK & Ireland Golf business to develop and implement seasonal marketing plans aligned with brand goals to increase sales, drive sell-through, and enhance brand awareness.
As a Marketing Executive, your responsibilities include:
* Planning and executing marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives
* Collaborating with the sales team to support trade partners and improve retail performance
* Managing relationships and campaigns with PR, retail, and media partners and stakeholders
* Overseeing the UK & Ireland marketing budget
* Building and maintaining relationships with Wilson brand ambassadors, especially through green grass accounts
* Managing digital assets such as product catalogs, training platforms, and website updates
* Requiring a passion for golf, ideally complemented by a marketing or business degree or similar qualification, and at least 2 years of hands-on marketing experience
* Extensive knowledge of golf, including market trends, products, industry insights, and competitive activity
* Ability to travel independently within the UK & Ireland and occasionally internationally for events
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills
* Excellent oral and written English communication skills
* Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of SAP is preferred
* Legal right to live and work in the UK
