Location: Yorkshire and Lincolnshire Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £34,000 per annum car or car allowance. We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Cleaning Account Manager to join our Cleaning Division across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, overseeing cleaning operations in contracts across the education, retail and office space. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll use your strong interpersonal and leadership skills to support, mentor and develop a team of three Cleaning Account Managers, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction. As Senior Account Manager, you’ll be: Supporting the Operations Manager with projects, reports, and audits Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction Overseeing service delivery and ensuring quality standards are met Managing, recruiting, and coaching local service teams Holding regular contract and specification review meetings with clients Ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation are followed Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and account growth Carrying out other reasonable tasks as directed by the Operations Manager or senior leadership As Senior Account Manager, you’ll have: Excellent communication and people management skills Strong leadership and motivational abilities, with the capacity to plan and work under pressure Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis Working knowledge of Health & Safety systems within the cleaning or facilities industry Ability to manage tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities Experience working with education sector clients is desirable A flexible, trustworthy, and innovative mindset A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites What we offer you The opportunity to be part of one of the fastest growing specialist FM providers in the UK.
