We are seeking an experienced Hotel Financial Controller to lead the finance function at a hotel based in Long Eaton, part of a larger group of hotels. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled finance professional to take ownership of the finance function, lead a talented team, and ensure the smooth running of hotel operations from a financial perspective.
As Hotel Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing the full P&L, maintaining tidy balance sheets, and producing accurate month-end reports. You will also lead the budgeting process, collaborating closely with department heads to ensure financial targets are met.
The successful candidate will bring proven team leadership experience, ideally within the hospitality sector, and be confident using systems like Opera and Sage Intacct. Previous experience in hotels, conferences, or accommodation management is highly desirable.
