The Role
* Deliver high:quality English Language and Literature lessons to KS3 and KS4.
* Plan creative lessons that engage students of all abilities, fostering a love for reading and writing.
* Work collaboratively with the department to create resources and share best practices.
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their GCSE targets.
* KS5 Opportunity: Opportunities to shadow or teach A:Level English curriculum for the right candidate.

Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or currently completing teacher training).
* A degree in English Literature, Language, or a closely related field.
* A strong understanding of the current English National Curriculum.
* Enthusiasm, resilience, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
* An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness ).
