Reporting to the regional manager, as our Office Administrator, you'll be at the heart of the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring the admin team are working effectively and efficiently and supporting all Support Office functions and departments, whilst also supporting the leadership team with projects and ad hoc work priorities.

What you’ll be doing:
At Hamberley, we believe that our residents deserve something ‘Extra Special, Every Day’.
Some of the things you'll do in the role include:
* Providing administrative support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
* Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages.
* Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
* Maintaining and organising office files, both physical and digital.
* Performing data entry tasks and preparing regular reports for management review.
* Creating travel itineraries for business executives, employees and company events.
* Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events

* We’re looking for people with great organisational and people skills to join our team.
* Previous demonstrable experience working in a a similar role within a similar environment
* Good understanding of the regulatory requirements of care.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
* Empathy and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our residents
* Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and on own initiative in a fast-paced environment
