* Job Title: Construction Site Manager
* Location: Aldermaston (Minimum 3-4 days on-site per week)
* Job Type: Contract
* Hours: 9-day fortnight (Mon-Fri alternating weeks)
* Working Pattern: Week 1: Mon-Thurs (8.25 hrs), Fri (8 hrs); Week 2: Mon-Thurs (8.25 hrs), Fri off

How You'll Contribute
As a Construction Site Manager, you'll oversee on-site activities, lead subcontractors, and ensure safety, timeliness, and quality standards are met.
Collaborating with package and logistics managers, you'll be key in driving project success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety legislation and project protocols, manage risks, and ensure quality assurance.
* Project Control & Reporting: Monitor milestones, control costs, and produce progress reports via daily logs and monthly updates.
* Communication & Documentation: Effectively liaise with stakeholders and subcontractors, oversee document control to maintain accurate records.
The Essentials You'll Need
* Qualifications & Certification: HND or equivalent in engineering or construction management, membership of a recognized professional body, with A1 Assessor certification desirable.
* Health & Safety Expertise: Skilled in risk assessment and subcontractor safety management, with experience on nuclear or high-hazard sites.
* Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently or within multidisciplinary teams.
