What You’ll Be Doing: Working alongside class teachers to deliver interactive and engaging lessons Supporting students to remain focused, motivated, and engaged throughout the school day Offering tailored 1:1 or small group support to ensure each student’s success Contributing to the creation of a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere Assisting with setting up classroom activities, managing resources, and supporting daily routines Ensuring student safety and well-being by adhering to safeguarding policies and practices What We’re Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in a school or educational role is a plus DBS: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Commitment: A genuine passion for nurturing children’s learning and development Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Why Work With Us?
