Locum Children’s MASH Social Worker Warwickshire County Council Warwickshire County Council are seeking an experienced Children’s MASH Social Worker to join their Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub on a locum basis. This is a vital frontline role within the service requiring strong assessment and screening skills to make informed decisions that safeguard children and young people. You will be working alongside partner agencies including police, health and education professionals to ensure timely and proportionate responses to safeguarding concerns. Key Responsibilities: Undertake screening and triage of new referrals into Children’s Services. Complete robust evidence-based assessments to inform decision-making. Liaise with multi-agency partners to gather and analyse relevant information. Apply professional judgement to determine thresholds for intervention. Contribute to ensuring children are safeguarded through timely and appropriate responses.Requirements: Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration. Proven experience in a MASH or front-door/assessment service. Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and thresholds. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multi-agency environment.
