Job Title: Commissioning Home Manager Location: Aberdeen Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum (OTE: £110,000) Position Type: Full-time Role Overview: As the Commissioning Home Manager, you will take the lead in launching our latest luxury care home in Aberdeen—from pre-opening setup through to full operational delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full commissioning process including home setup, recruitment, interior standards, and pre-opening strategy. Establish the home as the premier destination for luxury residential care in Aberdeen. Drive a clear strategic vision, delivering a personalised, person-centred experience within a premium care setting. Ensure full compliance with the Care Inspectorate’s regulations and quality standards. Recruit, lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver five-star hospitality and outstanding clinical care. Manage budgets and resources effectively, achieving financial goals without compromising luxury service. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and local stakeholders in the Aberdeen community. Consistently monitor and elevate service delivery to exceed expectations in luxury care. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Commissioning Home Manager or in a senior leadership role within high-end or luxury care settings. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (Care Inspectorate standards) and a track record of achieving excellent ratings. Inspirational leadership and excellent project management abilities. Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets while maintaining exceptional service. A genuine passion for luxury care and creating an environment of warmth, dignity, and excellence.
