*Duties*
* Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, and styling according to client preferences.
* Perform makeup application and eyelash extensions as requested by clients.
* Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on hair care and styling.
* Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and ready for use.
* Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
* Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with services provided.
* Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
* Participate in ongoing training and mentoring of junior staff members to foster a collaborative team environment.
* Stay updated on current trends in hairstyling, makeup application, and industry best practices.
*Skills*
* Proficient in various hairstyling techniques, including cutting, colouring, and barbering.
* Experience in makeup application and eyelash extensions is highly desirable.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
* Previous experience in store management or front desk operations is an advantage.
* Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining a positive client relationship.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
* A passion for mentoring others and sharing knowledge within the team.
