Summary

Inspired by The Curiosity Approach, we champion child-led learning, natural resources and meaningful play experiences that spark creativity and build confident, independent learners.
Now, we're looking for passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our growing teams as we expand and open new nursery settings around Rotherham, Barnsley and North Nottinghamshire.

You'll:
* Bring our engaging, child-led EYFS curriculum to life
* Create exciting indoor and outdoor learning environments
* Observe, support and celebrate children's development

* Keep safeguarding and well-being at the heart of everything
* Contribute ideas, energy and enthusiasm to your team
What We're Looking For
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Early Years - essential
* Experience in an Early Years setting
* Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive, creative and child-centred mindset
* Someone who genuinely loves inspiring young minds
