This role is working for a global leader in its field, seeking a very special individual to join their Marketing team in the UK.
A Marketing Professional with excellent Salesforce Pardot expertise and extensive experience in lead generation plans.
The salary is £48,000, with room for someone with the exact Pardot experience, up to £50,000, plus a 10% annual bonus based on company profit and KPI achievement. Benefits include a car allowance over £7,000, health plan, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a generous pension scheme.

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll contribute to an established company helping customers reduce environmental impact and conserve resources.
You will be responsible for long-term marketing plans aligned with regional sales and retention strategies, executing acquisition and retention marketing, developing regional strategies, and ensuring ROI from marketing activities. Your role includes creating, owning, delivering, and measuring marketing success to drive sales and customer retention.
Daily responsibilities include:
* Managing email automation, nurturing programs, and events.
* Building Pardot email campaigns, landing pages, forms, Salesforce campaigns, lead scoring, workflows supporting demand generation and events.
* Becoming a go-to expert in Pardot and ideally in Salesforce CRM products.
* Monitoring lead management to ensure proper lead assignment and accurate data logging.
* Collaborating with Regional Directors, Business Managers, and Sales Managers to input into regional strategies and marketing plans.
* Working with internal stakeholders on multiple projects.
* Analyzing market data and feedback to identify issues, trends, and growth opportunities.
* Delivering marketing ROI within budget, focusing on new business sales and customer retention.
* Using various marketing channels, including digital, content, paid search, social media, and direct marketing.
* Developing comprehensive marketing plans, managing campaign delivery, quality, and evaluation.
* Coordinating with internal and external creative teams on campaigns.
* Managing two Marketing Executives.
* Monitoring and analyzing multi-channel data to optimize ROI and ROO, focusing on MQLs and SQLs.
Requirements:
Successful candidates will be seasoned B2B marketers, preferably with utility or service industry experience. A positive, pragmatic, resilient attitude is essential. You should have cross-functional management skills to deliver campaigns across diverse customer segments, focusing on CRO and MQL quality.
Ideal experience includes:
* Managing digital customer acquisition and retention campaigns across paid, owned, and offline channels.
* Navigating complex, multi-channel, matrix organizations with regional hubs, telesales, and field sales.
* Strong presentation and influencing skills.
* Innovative marketing and selling strategies that meet targets without disrupting ongoing activities.
* Analyzing and reporting on campaign results.
