Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Drive B2B sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
* Utilise Salesforce to manage client information, track sales activities, and analyse performance metrics.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, market trends, and sales forecasts to senior management.
* Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts while ensuring profitability for the company.
* Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Experience
* Proven experience in B2B sales or account management is essential.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
