Building Surveyor – South West Council (Communities & Housing Directorate) £37 per hour PAYE - £47 per hour / Umbrella / Deemed LTD (Inside IR35) 37 hours per week 3–6 Month Contract We are currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor on behalf of a local authority in the South West. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team within the Communities & Housing Directorate, reporting to the Corporate Buildings Manager. You’ll take the lead in delivering capital and planned maintenance projects across a varied portfolio of corporate and listed buildings.
