The role will support the management team with daily administration and office duties, and the role has become available as the current post-holder has received a promotion.
Temp to Perm - 3-month probationary period
£24,000 per annum + Pension + Medical + Gym + 25 Days Holiday - Office based, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
Office Administrator’s Core Duties
1. Reception duties: answer and respond to telephone calls, and welcome clients to the office
2. Distribute incoming mail, including emails, and frank outgoing mail
3. Manage all couriers and deliveries, and create shipping invoices
4. Process purchase orders, and update new client details and projects
5. Schedule meetings, organise refreshments, and clear meeting rooms
6. Purchase stationery and manage supplies
7. Order staff mobile phones, and maintain contact lists and records
8. Maintain filing system
9. Arrange accommodation, flights and travel arrangements for management
10. General photocopying and scanning
11. Organise company events
12. Manage company vehicle administration, including fuel cards and congestion tariffs
Office Administrator’s Skills Required
13. Educated to GCSE level with passes in English and Maths
14. Experienced administrator
15. Experience working on a Reception desk (desirable)
16. Excellent MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
17. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
18. Experience organising travel arrangements (desirable)
19. Highly organised - able to juggle priorities and work independently
