We are seeking an experienced
Account Director
to lead the delivery of a high-profile corporate services contract across a large UK estate, with global alignment across Germany, India, Malaysia, Poland and China.

Acting as the global representative for the client relationship, you will drive consistency of standards, reporting and KPIs across multiple countries.

You will lead the implementation of a global framework, oversee governance and resilience planning, and support the transition and onboarding of new sites. The role requires strong commercial oversight, strategic thinking and the ability to modernise and enhance the service offer through innovation and technology.

This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for operational performance, commercial outcomes and client relationship management. The successful candidate will lead a substantial operational team delivering soft services, projects and future workplace solutions, while supporting the development of hard services growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Full P&L responsibility and delivery against budget and business plan
* Ensure contractual compliance and achievement of all agreed SLAs and KPIs
* Lead Health, Safety and Environmental compliance across the estate
* Drive organic growth, innovation and new service line opportunities
* Lead contract retenders and strategic development initiatives
* Build and maintain senior client relationships
* Oversee risk management and business continuity planning
* Lead and develop a large, multi-site operational team
* Drive sustainability, Net Zero and social value initiatives
* Act as global point of contact for escalations and governance alignment

What we're looking for:

* Degree in Building Services (or equivalent) or significant senior FM leadership experience
* Proven experience managing P&L accounts in excess of £10m
* Strong knowledge of both Hard and Soft FM services
* Experience managing multi-site, multi-service contracts
* Strong financial and commercial acumen
* Experience leading large and diverse teams
* Ability to interpret complex contractual and financial data
* Excellent stakeholder management skills at senior level
* Strong operational leadership with a focus on safety and compliance
