The team
RPC are seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to join our eDiscovery team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The team is a developed practice delivering high quality eDiscovery and legal technology solutions to RPC's legal teams and end clients. We support a wide range of discovery work, including cyber incident response, DSARs, investigations, and litigious exercises.
In this role, you will take a leading position in the continued development of our DSAR service offering, driving workflow efficiency through the integration of AI technology and automation to optimise delivery and enhance client service.
You will work collaboratively with RPC legal teams, providing clear, accessible support throughout all stages of the EDRM, advising as to the most efficient and effective solutions, and contributing to the ongoing development of RPC's eDiscovery practice.

This role is available either on a remote basis or from our Bristol or London offices. The role reports to the eDiscovery and Client Data Manager, who is also based in Bristol.
Key Responsibilities
* Early engagement with legal teams around eDiscovery requirements, consulting and advising on appropriate solutions.
* Provide leadership in developing and enhancing eDiscovery services, driving process improvement, technology adoption, and knowledge sharing, while ensuring best practice and consistently high-quality outcomes.
* Ongoing proactive communication and consultation with legal teams, managing expectations around timing and cost, offering alternative solutions, and making reasoned recommendations.
* Driving workflow efficiency by identifying, evaluating, and integrating AI technologies and automation tools into eDiscovery processes.
* Troubleshooting technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
* Delivering high quality and timely output to internal and external clients.
* Managing multiple eDiscovery projects of varying complexity on a range of platforms.
* Being a team player, working with the team towards an environment of constant improvement, enthusiastically sharing with and helping others, and taking responsibility for aspects of team development, such as process improvement, training, and research.

Required experience
* Minimum of 2 years' experience of managing eDiscovery projects.
* Experience of Relativity is essential, accreditations preferable.
* Practical understanding of the EDRM and eDiscovery best practice.
* Legal or computer science degree desirable, not essential
