Reservationist
We’re looking for an exceptional communicator with sharp organisational skills to join our reservations team. More than just taking bookings, this role is about delivering outstanding hospitality from the very first interaction – setting the tone for each guest’s experience, managing expectations with care, and building genuine rapport. You’ll ideally have experience in restaurant reservations, reception, or a similar guest-facing bookings role. A love of first-class service and people is essential, as is flexibility to work restaurant hours, including evenings and weekends.
