Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Funeral Arranger to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering great customer service and building relationships.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and admin skills, as well as high levels of empathy, discretion and care. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be comfortable with manual handling of coffins and the deceased.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert guidance and advice to clients to help them plan the perfect service
* Assist with family visits and answer any queries they may have
* Build positive relationships in the local community
* Hold the fort at the funeral home when necessary
Requirements

* Excellent communication and admin skills, plus strong attention to detail
