Salary: £33,000 - 36,000 per year Requirements: Strong Windows 10/11 support experience Solid Microsoft 365 support experience (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Defender) Proven Active Directory experience (user management, permissions, resets) Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (device enrolment, compliance, endpoint issues) Experience using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, FreshService or similar) and working to SLAs Familiarity with Azure (Entra) Microsoft Defender and/or Sentinel experience Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN troubleshooting) Responsibilities: Provide technical support to 500 staff across the business Handle day-to-day IT issues and log/manage tickets Support onboarding and offboarding of employees Configure devices and ensure correct access provisioning Manage user accounts through Active Directory and Azure Troubleshoot endpoint issues and apply compliance policies using Intune Work with endpoint security tools like Microsoft Defender and Sentinel Communicate effectively with non-technical users to resolve issues Technologies: Active Directory Azure Support ITSM Microsoft 365 Microsoft Intune Security ServiceNow SharePoint VPN Windows Office 365 Cloud More: We are a well-established, growing business located in Central Birmingham, offering a 6-month contract for an IT Service Desk Analyst.
