Your Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
1. Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring lessons continue smoothly
2. Deliver pre-prepared work and keep students engaged and focused
3. Encourage positive behaviour and support students who need guidance
4. Provide 1:1 or small-group support to help pupils succeed
5. Act as a positive role model, building strong relationships with staff and students
6. Develop real-world classroom leadership and behaviour management skills
