Service Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
è To provide administrative support to all areas of the Aftersales department.
è Prioritising all invoicing on completion of repair.
è Full WIP management.
è To support other functions as directed by the Service Manager.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
è To provide administrative support to all areas of the Aftersales department.
è Job pack preparation for invoicing.
è Prioritising all invoicing on completion of repair.
è To invoice and claim manufacturer warranty repairs, retail repairs and Internal repairs to a high standard that minimises queries and debt.
è Filing and Archive management.
è To be available for other duties as directed by Service Manager.
è To be presentable to brand standards always adhering to the company dress code.
è Handle all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy and ensure the Brand experience is always delivered.
Skills & Requirements
è Demonstrable administration experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
è Experience in working as a team.
è Computer Literate with experience in learning new systems.
è Excellent verbal and nonverbal communicator.
Hours Mon - Fri - or - Saturday 1/6 - paid overtime.
