We currently have a vacancy for a Business Support Officer to join our Change and Transformation Team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and experience within a change and transformation environment. The role sits at the heart of a small, supportive team that works across the organisation to plan, coordinate and embed a range of change,
transformation and improvement activity. You will provide essential business and project support, helping to keep projects and programmes organised, information accurate and colleagues well supported as change and transformation is delivered.
The role offers excellent exposure to change, transformation and improvement work, working alongside programme managers, project officers and senior stakeholders. You will develop your experience in areas such as project coordination, documentation, reporting and supporting effective ways of working, while being encouraged to build your confidence and capability over time. This role is well suited to someone who is organised, proactive and keen to learn, and who wants to build a strong foundation for a future career in project, programme or change delivery within the public sector.
