We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring full-time primary-trained teacher to enhance the support provided to our most vulnerable students, particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We recognise that to further support our students we need the expertise of a primary trained teacher to help bridge the gap and ensure our KS3 and KS4 SEND students receive sufficient, targeted, and consistent support to improve their literacy and learning outcomes. The successful candidate will have passion for teaching and learning and the ability to support students with high-level literacy needs, whom may have reading ages significantly below their chronological age. This full-time position would equally suit an experienced teacher or an early career primary trained teacher for whom excellent induction and support is provided.
