Responsibilities Plan, prepare and deliver lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum and school guidelines. Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation. Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to cater to individual learning needs. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and cohesive approach to teaching and learning. Monitor and track students’ academic performance and provide necessary interventions for those requiring additional support. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a positive school culture. Requirements Qualified Physics Teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Physics or related field. Proven experience teaching Physics at the primary or secondary level. Deep understanding of the national curriculum and subject-specific pedagogy. Excellent knowledge of physics concepts and the ability to effectively communicate them to students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment. Effective classroom management and behaviour management skills. Dedication to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest educational practices.
