We are seeking a dedicated Registered Homes Manager to lead a specialist residential service supporting young adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge. About the Role: As the Registered Manager, youll take full operational responsibility for the service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards. You'll lead a committed team and work closely with families, professionals, and stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for the people we support.
