Job Description
About the Role:
* Design the whole wovens and jersey dresses range for girlswear, with a focus on high-quality, trend-led basics.
* Respond quickly to briefs, producing fast-turnaround designs as needed.
* Research trends and translate them into elevated, customer-relevant products.
* Work within price point guidelines while maintaining quality and style.
* Collaborate with buyers, sourcing teams, and suppliers to deliver on time and to specifications.
* Support project-based collections as well as core line development.
About you:
* Experience & knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator is essential for this role.
* Having strong team work and people skills is a must as well as experience working with factories and different brands/retailers would be an advantage.
* Must have experience of working for a similar sized Retailer or Supplier background.
