What You’ll Be Doing
Leading from the front, you’ll take ownership of a 360 temp desk while also contributing to the wider success of the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and developing strong client relationships across schools and education settings
* Driving new business and expanding key accounts through strategic engagement
* Using innovative marketing tools to grow your desk and candidate network
* Supporting, mentoring, and influencing less experienced consultants
* Leading by example in candidate attraction, retention, and service delivery
* Ensuring high standards of compliance and safeguarding
* Contributing to team performance, culture, and ongoing growth strategy
* Thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with clear progression
